The OA law firm proudly celebrated its fourth anniversary on March 1, 2022. The traditional four-year anniversary symbol is flowers – symbolizing growth and optimism, which certainly describes our firm.
Firm founder Garth O’Neill opened the doors to OA on Thursday, March 1, 2018 together with Associate Lawyer, Liz McLeod, and support staff, Donna Kinnunen and Rosanne Stasiewicz. This hardworking foursome put their nose to the grindstone, and the rest is history.
Four years later, our hand-picked team of like-minded people has grown to five lawyers and four support staff, with further additions “in the works”.
Our success results from the loyalty of our clients. We cannot thank them enough for choosing OA as their law firm. OA adapts to ever-changing circumstances in the Labour and Employment Law field, and develops creative solutions for each client’s unique problems. The past two years have proven to be difficult for many, but OA has remained available and very active in fielding the numerous questions our clients have had in the face of adversity.
As we have learned throughout this pandemic, tough times don’t last but tough teams do. We look forward to celebrating our clients’ continued success, and to many more anniversaries in the years ahead!
